When Co-Workers Attack!
Holy... That's an amazing amount of dedication just for a practical joke. And the beansprout keyboard is GENIUS.

Further clarification on the TiVo ads
Ah, okay. It doesn't sound too intrusive in this case.. at least there's more information now.

TiVo to implement banner ads
It doesn't sound too bad, and I probably won't give up my TiVo regardless (there is no way I'm going back to regular TV), but this is a pretty black mark on TiVo's record.

99 Rooms
Spooky game, yet beautiful. More of an art gallery really -- it's like a free version of Myst.

The ScreenSavers staff fired
Quite frankly, TSS was dead the minute the merger went down. I don't think G4/Comcast had any intention of keeping the "tech" part of the network anyway.

Jon Stewart on C-SPAN (Oct 23 Link)
This is an hour-long interview Jon Stewart gave on C-SPAN a few weeks ago. You thought the Crossfire stuff was brilliant? You should really check this video out. Stewart is brilliant, succinct, and is surprisingly accurate about the way the current media works. He even mentions blogs at the final bit of the interview, saying that blogs are oftentimes better sources of information (Mainly because blogs are reactionary and often driven by passion). Absolutely BRILLIANT stuff. It's even more brilliant that the audience of the interview was full of media execs -- I hope they learned something.

Triumph the Insult Comic Dog at Spin Alley
Poop Valhalla. Hilarious, simply hilarious. Triumph totally puts the smack down on those politicians at the Presidential Debates.

Amazon: America (The Book)
Yeah, yeah, everyone has probably linked to this by now. I just wanted to link to it here, so that I can say I actually finished reading the book. It's hilarious, informative, and has the classic Daily Show sense of humor. Heck, it was worth it just to see the Malaysia mention in the last few pages. If you're at all a fan of Jon Stewart, you owe it to yourself to pick this book up. Highly recommended!

The Norm needs members
I've supported The Norm for over 3 years now, and I think it's totally worth it. Jantze recently retired from newspapers, and really needs some membership subscriptions in order to continue the strip online. He has a deadline of December 31, 2004 to get 4000 members. Read through the strip archives, and you'll find it'll be a shame for him to stop producing such an excellent strip. Go and donate, folks.

A look at Nintendo DS stylus-action
I initially thought the stylus was kind of a weird idea -- now I'm starting to think it might be kinda cool.

Chow Magazine
I'll be interning for this magazine. It's unpaid though, so probably not for long.

iPod Photo
Wow, it looks awesome, with backlit color and everything. I think this is one step closer to an Apple PDA.

The New Yorker endorses Kerry
The first time the New Yorker has ever endorsed a candidate. Read it, and you'll see why I'm such a loyal subscriber. (Yes, I realize I haven't posted links in awhile. I'm getting back on it though)

"PUTA" computer very similar to new iMac
Vertical loading CD slot, all-in-one display computer... It's like an iMac clone. Another reason why the G5 iMac just seems so unoriginal.
